THE BRIEF

The Grief Girlie, a social worker's personal brand, needed a clear and impactful brand identity on Instagram. Originally Wingate Counseling, the focus was too broad, making it hard to connect with the right audience in order to book therapy clients. I work with Shea to niche down her brand to focus on grief support due to her personal passion for this topic as a parent and sibling loss survivor. I create and manage her entire social media presence, developing a distinct voice, crafting content, generating video topics, and writing captions that feel personal and supportive to her core audience. In addition, I have consulted with her on the development and marketing of her paid programs, as well as her Meta advertising strategy.

 

Over the past year, the follower count has more than doubled, engagement rate has increased to 8-10% per post, link clicks are up by 402.1%, reach is up by 80.5% and visits are up by 45.9%, establishing The Grief Girlie as a trusted voice in grief support.
